Billing details
When am I charged?
At checkout you pay for the selected term. Card monthly and yearly plans renew until you cancel. Alipay charges that term once and does not auto-debit. Failed payments may retry; if payment cannot be collected, access is paused until the invoice is settled.
Is there a trial?
Yes. Your first paid subscription includes a 7-day trial. Request a full refund at any time in those 7 days, even if you used credits. After the trial, cancel to stop the next renewal. Extra credit packs are not covered by the trial. See the Refund Policy.
How do I cancel?
Use the cancel page or email billing@viewsees.com from the address on your receipt. Cancellation stops the next renewal. You keep access until the end of the paid period. No cancellation fee. Unused subscription credits do not roll over unless your plan says otherwise.
