Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) is part of the ViewSees Terms of Service. It applies to every prompt, upload, and generated video. Violation may result in content removal, account suspension, forfeiture of unused credits, and reports to payment processors or law enforcement.
1. Illegal activity
Do not use the Service to commit or plan crimes, to traffic in illegal goods, or to launder money. Do not generate material that is illegal in Hong Kong, the United States, or in your jurisdiction.
2. Sexual content and minors
Any sexual or pornographic content involving anyone 17 or under — including fictional, illustrated, or AI-generated depictions — is strictly prohibited. We will terminate the account and may preserve logs for investigators. Adult sexual content involving only adults is also not permitted on ViewSees; this is a commercial video studio, not an adult generator.
3. Real people and deepfakes
You may not generate a realistic video of a real person’s face, voice, or body without that person’s documented consent, except for clearly labeled satire of public figures where allowed by law. Non-consensual intimate imagery, political impersonation intended to deceive, and “celebrity fake” pornography are banned.
4. Fraud, scams, and payments abuse
Do not create videos for phishing, investment scams, fake customer-support impersonation, or social-engineering. Do not use stolen cards, false identities, or excessive chargebacks. Do not attempt to probe, scrape, or overload the Service.
5. Harm, hate, and extremism
Do not generate content that promotes violent extremism, terrorism, or hate crimes, or that provides practical instructions for violent attacks or weapons manufacturing.
6. Intellectual property
Do not upload assets you do not have rights to. Do not prompt the Service solely to reproduce a copyrighted movie, show, or trademark campaign as a substitute for licensed footage.
7. Professional and regulated claims
Output is not medical, legal, or financial advice. Do not present generated video as unaltered documentary evidence of real events. If you publish AI video in ads, follow FTC and local advertising disclosure rules.
8. Enforcement
We may use automated filters and human review. We may refuse a job without generating Output. Appeals: support@viewsees.com. Abuse reports: legal@viewsees.com. Refunds are not available when an account is closed for AUP violations, as stated in the Refund Policy.
