Cancel a subscription

No cancellation fee. During the 7-day trial on a first paid plan you can also request a full refund. After the trial, card auto-renew stops and you keep access until the last day already paid. Alipay orders do not auto-renew.

What happens

  • Submit this form (it opens an email to billing@viewsees.com) or write us directly.
  • We stop the next card charge. We typically confirm within one business day.
  • If you are still in the 7-day trial, say so — that is a full refund. Other refunds follow the Refund Policy.

Your mail app should open. If it does not, write billing@viewsees.com from the receipt address with the subject “Cancel subscription”.

This form does not charge or refund by itself. It only sends a cancel request.
