What does ViewSees sell?
ViewSees is an online workspace for cross-border sellers. After payment you use it for research, listings, AI images/video, competitor reports, and ad suggestions.
Do card plans auto-renew?
Yes, unless you cancel. Alipay is a one-time charge for the term you pick (no auto-debit). Card subscriptions renew at the then-current USD price until you cancel on the cancel page or by emailing billing@viewsees.com. You keep access until the paid period ends. There is no cancellation fee.
How is it delivered?
Electronic only — no warehouse, no courier. After payment succeeds, the account unlocks and a receipt is emailed. The public workspace demo does not generate paid output.
Is there a trial?
Yes. Your first paid subscription includes a 7-day trial. You can request a full refund at any time during those 7 days, even if you already used credits. After the trial, cancel any time to stop the next renewal. Extra credit packs are not part of the trial. Details: Refund Policy.
Can I get a refund?
